Hi! I'm Chandler and I'm looking to lose 15-20 pounds. I am a huge all-or-nothing dieter. Either my day goes perfectly, or I have a little slip-up in the morning and eat like crazy for the rest of the day. It makes me feel really terrible about myself. I am really trying to train myself not to do this but it's hard. Just gotta keep trying and picking myself back up. (:

15 lbs from my goal now... today I weighted in at 157 even.

I am excited because 15 lbs is doable... but I can't believe how much work it is just to lose this weight. wow. I think honestly... it is going to take to October. But I had a great month so I feel like it is doable. I am also goal of 142... what is it about that weight, I see a lot of people have it.

I am about 17lbs from my goal and I feel like this last 17 is going to be uber difficult to lose. Scale just isn't moving the way it once was. BUT I will do it! I know I can.
