Hello everyone! Well, I am back for what seems like the millionth time. This morning I weighed myself and I am 208; the highest I have ever been. Since I was last here I have gained 12lbs!

Instead of feeling sad or angry about the number on the scale, I decided to do something about it starting today. I would like a buddy to check in with via PM or email just to keep each other encouraged, motivated and to share our weight loss achievements.
