Why isn't going down as easy as going up??

I gained 4lbs since getting pregnant. 4. With those 4lbs I gained 4inches on my waist, 3 inches on my hips and 2inches on my breast...
Now, I get it that pregnancy has a lot to do with it, but wouldn't be lovely to lose the same amount of inches the next time I drop 4lbs???
Now that would be a great motivation!!

IF ONLY! It's so unfair how hard you can work in a month to just lose 2lbs each week..
and if you stop for a week it's all back!

When I was pregnant I put on water weight like a fiend. I pretty much lost it all 2 weeks after baby was born. If only I had stayed that low.

I'm 22 weeks pregnant. I never thought to check my measurements, I can only imagine how much I've gained in the bust lol.
But if only it worked the other way too. Lose 4 lbs and drop 3 inches in your hips or 4 inches in your waist!
