Glad you found the link to my blog. If you do read it you will find of course I've had struggles along the way!!! There's some pics on there too. Feel free to PM me anytime! I definitely don't have all the answers (or even most of them), but I'm more than happy to encourage anyone in anyway I can!

Do you think you have the guts to come clean to your friend? It might help you become more accountable, it might help her support you and devise more suitable strategies for you, and it might actually bring the two of you closer together. Just a thought.

I don't know if I could come clean with her. Honesty is the best policy but if I tell her I've lied this whole time about what I was actually eating she might get so mad that she won't try to help me anymore. She has invested a lot of her time into trying to help me plan meals and grocery trips. I didn't realize what I'd signed up for - she has great intentions - but the changes are so many so fast. I will consider approaching the subject with her - good idea :)

LockItUp - I am going to follow your blog a year behind....I want to follow your journey from where you started - month to month as I do this myself - I've enjoyed everything I'm reading so far. THANK YOU!!!!!
