Time to Lose 10lbs
When 1 January rolled around, I wanted to lose 5lbs as one of my New Year goals. I got off to a good (ish) start, but after about a week life just sent my diet out the window. I'm in a new relationship (now of three months) and it's been a cycle of romantic dinners and skipping the gym for cosy nights in with my new man (not that I'm complaining! I'm very happy!) and I also had some unexpected careers changes which have been stressful and sent my eating habits a bit hirewire - and that's just for starters!
But in short, that 5lbs I was meant to lose is now 5lbs I've GAINED!!! So now I'm looking to try and lose 10lbs instead. I have an important event on 1 May, so I would like to have lost a few lbs by then, even though realistically I won't be able to lose the lot by then.
This post is really just me declaring my intention to lose weight so I can share my story and be accountable.....And to say, nice to meet you! =)
