I am thinking of doing a 'spike day' tomorrow, where I eat at maintenance and then go back on my plan.
I used to cycle my calories when I first lost weight, but I found I ran into a lot more plateaus, so I haven't been. So far I am having another 'bouncing between the 3 same weights' week again, probably because I am not being consistent with exercising -but I thought it would be good to try a 'spike day' to see if that gets things moving.
Does anyone do this frequently and find it works for them? I am almost scared because if I weight myself on Monday and I gained I will probably cry haha!
