I definitely plan out my rewards because that is what motivates me. and I reward myself for each tiny step - 2-3 pounds.
here are mine:
Order some items from an online store I love (reached)
go shopping at Charming Charlie's (costume jewelry store) reached
still to come:
trip to casino
new clothes (at every 10 lbs)
crochet case for my yarn and supplies
use my hotel points and enjoy a hotel overnight alone
get another ear piercing (I have one in each ear just one one more up the lobe)
fix up my daughter's vacated bedroom into a special area for me
order some items from the animal rescue online store
kindle fire (this is a biggie after a lot of pounds lost!)
when I reach my goal (135) I'm booking a cruise!
So far, I appear to be stuck after just two rewards :-(
