Yay, I finally earned a new mini ticker, yippeeeee.
LOL I deserved it. Took my new underwater iPod to the pool this morning and did three non-stop hours of water dancing, except for one short "pit stop" break! Whew, I am exhausted but it was fun fun fun
Good afternoon everyone! Good news!!! I jumped on the scale this morning thinking I was going to have a gain because of the stress I have been under this past week and to my surprise I was down to 215.6!!! So exciting! Now to get my boyfriend on board. He made me breakfast this morning (he Never does this!) and he fixed me an egg sandwich, looks like we will have to take a few extra laps around the neighborhood this afternoon to help take that off! Hope everyone is doing well!
LOL it looks soooooooooooooooooooooooo good to have my Christmas train mini ticker finally gone! When I made it I certainly never meant for it to stick around this long.
I decided to change the starting weight on my ticker to my new weight, because somehow having the old starting weight was weighing me down (no pun intended). And I don't want to even consider returning there; this is who I am now and I'm moving forward to make this me even more healthy.
I've also realized that I really don't like to schlepp around in baggy clothes around the house. All of my old 'gym/yoga' pants just look really sloppy. I also have been getting rid of a lot of extra stuff around the house. It's like I'm removing layer by layer and it's so liberating...

LOL I am achy... but in a good way... from working out for three hours in the pool. I had both fast and slow song on the iPod so during the slow songs it was more of a gentle workout, with a lot of slow, underwater "moves" etc... relaxing to me.
I also did an hour in the water Friday afternoon so I think tomorrow is going to be a break day for me, at least from the pool. Might go walking or something.

im finally home for the day...it's been an exceptionally busy saturday...i got to sleep in which was nice, and then i hit the ground running and havent stopped since LOL...
we went to a gun rights march today down at the state capital building, which went well...it was VERY cold and windy and rainy/slushy and so me and my son froze the whole time...but it was worth it to go and stand by DH who is a strong supporter in town of gun rights
so then i spent the rest of the afternoon playing "catch up" on all my usual chores...bills, shopping etc...and now i'm finally done at 5:30 p.m., house is clean, dinner is done, and i'm all done for the night
