Finally seeing the scale move downward!!
I started doing Weight Watchers on 12/31/12 and only lost 6 lbs in 6 wks. I know that is 1 lb a week but I lost the first 3 lbs the first week. So I decided to count calories and now I've lost 3.5 lbs with my first week of calorie counting!! I am so happy and wish I'd done this six wks ago!! I am eating 1200-1550 cals a day, depending on my workouts for the day. I am so thrilled! This first few days were hard but I've gotten into a routine and am feeling good. Just wanted to share that sometimes its just finding what works for your body and not everything works for everybody!! Goodluck to all!!
