I'm thinking about doing the picture of myself once a week. I think looking at that will show me where I'm going and remind me where I want to be.

I know when my grands come -- and only one of them is in this age range -- I'm exhausted and ready for them to go home after about 4 days.
One mind trick that I've used with pretty good results is that while I don't really like to exercise, it view it as one of the few things I do just for myself. I'm one of those nurturing, take-care-of-everyone people so doing things that are just for me does not occur too often. I finally decided that going to the gym every day was required and I would turn it into a "me" event.
Good luck. I'm impressed that you're staying in the maintenance mode. Sometimes we just need a break.
Yes two three year olds and a two year old. I'm maintaining but maintain at 260lbs doesnt make me happy. You would think that I'd get a lot of exercise that way but in reality, no lol.
