Default Back at it again

Finally got rid of the last few lbs that were lingering around since our move!

My ticker no longer lies! I didn't have the heart to change it.

Well done. I have been off the forum for almost a month - and decided I had to change my ticker - 3 lbs up but determined to get back down.

Thanks! I was really starting to get frustrated, especially since I was on a pretty good roll before we moved. Just wasn't getting the carbs low enough

I know how you feel, I just did the same thing. My ticker was false for a verrry long time until I started back up in January.

Low carb definitely does the trick. How much carbs do you take in a day?

edit: that's freaky, we both started the same weight and are at the same weight LOL!

I had been trying to keep carbs down to about 60 to 70g but this last week it was closer to 50g.

I seem to only change my ticker when it goes down, woke up at 127 but that's my little secret lol. Congrats on those few pounds.

I took a hiatus for almost two years from trying to lose weight and just eat healthier instead. My weight had crept up to my highest point. When I came back to 3fc, I had to move my ticker back to my highest point. Granted I had only lost 15 lbs at the most before this latest attempt but I felt so terrible, I don't ever want to have to move it back again!

During that hiatus I needed to learn what was really going to work for me long term.
