Default Fun ways to keep track

So I'm looking for a creative way to keep track of lbs lost, to visualize it a bit. Something in the line of beads in jars and such. Anyone got any fun ideas?

Hi,

On my right wrist is a Pandora bracelet on which I add a charm for every 5 pounds.

On my left wrist is a simple elastic until I get a gold plain bracelet. To this I add a pearl(from craft store) or sometimes An inexpensive bead for each pound.

This way I always know where I am in weight loss. When doing chores I hang the Pandora over an angel statute to just look at it.

I had one teddybear loving friend that would take an undressed bear and add articles of clothing for a set amount of pounds lost until the bear was dressed. Then a new bear started.

One financially successful but weight loss failure friend bought a designer handbag for every 25 pounds. This was expensive but she had failed every other attempt at losing weight and she loved handbags so much it workes for her .Over the years she had spent thousands without results so this was a bargain for her.

Another friend loves the city (NYC) so she put $5.00 in a jar for each pound lost and treated herself to a day in the city from time to time.

One lady in my group gives $2.00 to her grandson for each pound lost. This is ver effective as he keeps on her to stay on track.lol

I also would love to hear other ideas.

Dieting ,weight management or whatever you want to call it is hard work and I need perks to keep me going.

Good luck to all.

I get a pedicure every 20 pounds.

I love the charm bracelet idea.

I pay my kids 50 cents for every pound they lose (it's a family thing), and they will get $5 a week once they hit healthy BMI.

The charm bracelet thing made me think of the Maesters on Game of Thrones and how they add a link to their chain for every subject they master. I may have to come up with some geeky, but affordable way to construct myself something along those lines.

I like the charm bracelet idea. I have one that I got for my 15th birthday, doubt it even fits anymore. Maybe eventually it will

I love the charm bracelet idea. I don't see myself wearing a charm bracelet but I want to think of something similar.

I also like the idea of clear glass vase/jar and putting in one marble/colored rock etc for each pound or five pounds depending on the increments you want. So you will have a beautiful vase that fills up with pretty stones representing your weight loss!
