Default Water weight in the morning?

I weighed myself this morning around 10:am and was 1lb heavier
Been working my butt off and was told by someone it was probably water weight but I'm not sure.

I'll try again tomorrow.

Today was another lazy day. I'm exhausted and my muscles ache!!!!
How are you guys?

Yep, you can definitely have water weight in the morning! When I have longer workout sessions, I hold onto a pound or two of water, even in the morning. Just be sure to drink plenty of water and it will flush itself out soon enough

Well the truth is that most of our weight is water, so technically we always have water weight!!

Our problem is that we are trying to monitor fat loss using a scale that measures all of us. Fluctuations in water weight can help mask what's going on with the fat.

The best thing is to weigh yourself under the same circumstances as much as possible and use other cues to measure fat loss (e.g., how your clothes fit)
