Long time member getting back into things 534 pounds to.....
Hi, some of you might know me, some may not either way I wanted to pop in and say Hi for a new year and possibly get some support as I have slipped back into some od habits and put on a few pounds previously lost.
I started off @ 534 pounds and have been as low as 305 pounds, I have put some back on and its been a struggle but we're getting there again. Please check out my latest blog post if you are interested in a person that has lost a huge amount of weight, been there done that with yoyoing and diets and could use a little support at this time.
Botzz. welcome back, I do remember you. You have done a fantastic job at weight loss and will do it again . I understand about that losing, regaining , I have done it, too. The important thing is that you are back and will be successful.

I took a mini-vacation from the diet for my wedding and the holidays. I some weight has come back, but I'm back here to make sure I recommit to the diet.
I remember seeing your story and weightloss photos on the minigoal board when I first joined up and smiling about how far you've come. Welcome back and best of luck starting up again
Neat to see you posting, Botzz - it'll be great to have your driven attitude around here. Help us all get in the right frame of mind to lose the few (or many) extra pounds that have crept in.
Keep on going! I have been there, done that with yo-yo dieting. I honestly think the hardest part is maintaining, not the actual weight loss part. You get confident and think you are "normal" and those bad habits just come back and smack you in the face.

Awww, Zeus, welcome back, and I'm so sorry about your mom. That would put me into a tailspin, too.
Just me, but I would get a scale sooner, rather than later, because I'd want credit in the new year for every fresh pound lost!
