Before Photos/Motivation
 

I like the few threads that I saw around here about looking up old photos to use as motivation on your current journey. So I did some digging on my computer and found two photos to share.

this one is from 2006 right after my younger son was born...i weighed about 240 at the time...pic taken at an airport with my boys

ive had people this year flat out not believe that i'm the parent of a 15 year old son...and ive been mistaken for a kid at the high school instead of a parent LOL it's sooo weird

it's good to see my photos because it does show me that i've lost weight, even when i dont feel like i have, and to keep me on track for the new year

The First is from this July at my heaviest. I was probably above 450lbs. I can't believe my face was so round. The second is from NYE and the bathroom pic is me after the first 60lbs.

Now all I need (and have been needing for half a year..) is strength training. I keep doing it but then I stop and get nowhere. Im thinking about a personal trainer, if I ever come up with the money..

AMAZing!! Krampus, you've always been my "After" girl, so it's fun to see your "Before"! I tried to post some pics last night, from Dropbox, but it didn't work. Does it have to be on a hosted site?

I'm usually a kind of private person, but, well, there you go! Here are my Before and Afters from this go-around. The first one was at the beginning of the year, the second at the end. Somewhere, there are pics of me @ 153, which is my ultimate highest, some years ago, but I'd have to track them down.

Everyone's photos are so amazing; incredible transformations! I don't think I can say the same for mine, though... But here are 2 pictures (sorry I don't know how to resize). The first is from January 2012, right around my highest weight. The 2nd is from January 2013. There's somewhere between a 35 - 40 pound difference, give or take. I'm sitting in the same chair but with longer hair, different glasses, and a thinner face :carrot:

I can't see everyone's pictures from this computer (I'm at work) but about half of them show up, and I can't wait to get home and see the other half! Everyone looks amazing!

I have some before/after photos in the links in my signature, but to be fair I have gained back a few pounds over the past few weeks (Gosh darn holidays!) so I don't look exactly like my 'after' photos right now. Give me some time! haha

All I can say WOW!! All of you look Ah-MAY-zing!! Way to go! You are inspirational!!

The picture on the left was taken in October 2011. I'm not even sure that was my highest weight. The picture on the right was taken a couple of weeks ago.

In any case I'm wearing Japanese skinny jeans with a 67 cm waist and actually could probably have grabbed the 64 cms based on the fact that the only place that they fit like skinny jeans is in the thighs...As for shirts, everything I have fits me like a tent now. Sorry.)
