Before Photos/Motivation
 

I like the few threads that I saw around here about looking up old photos to use as motivation on your current journey. So I did some digging on my computer and found two photos to share.

this one is from 2006 right after my younger son was born...i weighed about 240 at the time...pic taken at an airport with my boys

ive had people this year flat out not believe that i'm the parent of a 15 year old son...and ive been mistaken for a kid at the high school instead of a parent LOL it's sooo weird

it's good to see my photos because it does show me that i've lost weight, even when i dont feel like i have, and to keep me on track for the new year
