Man, that slope is slippery, isn't it? Guess I need to dig in my heels and keep trying.

I know it, my mom had a birthday on Wednesday,
that piece of cake was a killer. I want more sugar. ugh.
Sugar/sweets begets more carbs. I see why some go completely
w/o.

Totally! A lot of times I totally abstain from stuff rather than to have a bit, even if it fits into my calories, because once I eat something I like I have a terrible time stopping! You definitely have to pinpoint your triggers to attempt to avoid them!
