Today I Will/Will Not...
 
I won't be able to get to the gym today, but I WILL get out and take a long walk (60 minutes, 4 miles) around my neighborhood.

I'm making rice crispy treat Santa hats at school with my preschool students today (we have a cooking project every Wednesday) and I will NOT eat any.

Anybody else? :D

Today I will eat on plan and walk at lunch.
I will not berate myself (and when I start to, I will consciously stop myself up)

Today I will go to the gym even though my thighs are sore. I will not eat just because I'm bored. (Especially those cookies that are for my nephew)

Today I got back into the 145.x range and the last several weeks that has lead me directly into eating poorly. SO:

Today I will not allow my success on the scale to give me permission to eat like crap.

I will not allow my stress to give me permission to take comfort in food or drink.

I WILL treat myself kindly today.

Today, I will keep my food within my calorie range. I will NOT binge. I will talk nicely to myself even if I make a mistake.

Today I will go to yoga class even though I still have a few sore spots from the last one.

I will not overindulge in the chicken dish that I'm making for dinner which is going to be absolutely delicious. It is going to have to be enough to last for at least 2 dinners.

Today I WILL fight to eat in my calorie range.(been all over the place this week..ovulating.sigh..)

I WILL snack on fruit after church tonight instead of laying down on salty high calorie nuts.

Today I will swim HARD on my lunch hour and not let the things on my mind keep me from pushing myself.

I will not throw away the remainder of my week just because I cheated yesterday and have four food related events coming up. I will stay 100 percent on plan today and work a little harder to make up for yesterday!

Yesterday I capped it at one Joe-Joe but I had a few pieces of candy at the bar. Still went to the gym and stuff though!

Today I am going to a potluck.
I will not eat until I am in physical pain.

I already went to the gym this morning. And I WILL NOT use this as an excuse to skip Bollywood Dance class tonight.

I WILL stay within 1200 - 1500 calories today.
I WILL take my vitamins.
I WILL drink more water than I want to.

I will not eat the last two chocolate truffles at bedtime because "I've been good all day".

I will not overeat at supper because of grazing while cooking.

I will put on bouncy music and turn house cleaning into aerobic exercise

I will get up at 6 and hit the pool for a full hour tomorrow!

I will skip the bar tonight to save calories and money (plus I have to work tomorrow).
I will work on grad school homework with some tea after my shower.
I will use good choices today and tomorrow to come out of Week Six with a strong finish.

I made it the other night after Church cause I keep thinking about what I posted here :D :carrot:

Today I Will Not start to eat certain foods that I KNOW will trigger me to lose control of my eating for today!!!

I know of too many healthy choices that are really good and always at hand that i can eat.. will just force myself to not get started with what I know will cause that Eating any and everything in site Demon to come out!

Nothing taste as good as feeling thin feels...

I'm traveling to my hometown this weekend, so staying OP will be a bit harder than usual.

Today I WILL get my workout in before we get on the road (I can already check this off my list because I just got back from doing 70 minutes of cardio at the gym).

I WILL stay under 1400 calories.

I WILL NOT use time with family as an excuse to eat anything and everything offered.

I got my period this morning and I will NOT use it as an excuse to inhale chocolate or ice cream.

OK it hurt a liiiiiiiiittle but was less than 2 lbs scale increase overnight. So I can live with that.

Today I will go to the gym.
I will be the designated driver again tonight.

Pretty much succeeded yesterday. But I'm in pain today. BollyGrove Cardio is no freakin joke. But I'll probably do it again next week.

I WILL go to the gym today at 7pm.
I WILL NOT go above 1500 calories.
I WILL drink 3 water bottles of water.
I WILL be in bed by 11:00pm.

Today I will take a walk around the neighborhood after lunch.
I will not agonize over small changes on the scale despite exercising and staying on plan - at least they are in the right direction.
