For the time being, I'm going to continue to run 15-20 miles a week for exercise, and mix it up with some Jillian Michaels DVDs.Anyway, I'm at 211 as of this morning and ready to get back into weight loss mode again. I'm doing what worked last time, counting calories. This time around I'm using myfitnesspal.
