Returning...

I was on here quite a bit a couple of years ago, when I lost 70 pounds (going from 268ish-195). I have been kind of maintaining for the past 2 year or so... I trained for a half marathon and ended up gaining some weight back. All the running made me hungry! I finished the half (much slower than I'd hoped, but I did it! :carrot:). My game plan now is to lose another 50-60 pounds in the next year or so and then train for another one. For the time being, I'm going to continue to run 15-20 miles a week for exercise, and mix it up with some Jillian Michaels DVDs.

Anyway, I'm at 211 as of this morning and ready to get back into weight loss mode again. I'm doing what worked last time, counting calories. This time around I'm using myfitnesspal.

I loved the support here last time around, and am hoping it's just as supportive now!

Welcome back and I wish you the best on losing the rest of your weight! I tend to go in increments, too, with maintenance breaks in there (like right now ;) ) and I find it works very well to give my body a rest for a bit. The rest of the weight that might have come off slowly before tends to fall off much more quickly after a hiatus, especially when I'm controlling my intake and haven't had any regains.

Good job holding fairly steady with your previous losses, by the way!
