I have such an urge to binge today. I just feel like I want to eat everything. I was on plan for breakfast, this is good! Now I am getting ready for a lunchtime binge. I took a variety of frozen veggies out of the freezer, and weighed it all as I poured it in the pan. The pan is absolutely full. The combined weight of these vegetables is 815 grams.
That is 1.7 lb of food!
I am going to toss some garlic, chili, and salt on there once it's cooked and eat my fill. Heck, I'm going to cover it in salsa too! In total, 1 cup of salsa included, it adds up to only 297 calories! I'll take it! I love binging on veggies!
Edit: I ate about 1/3 of it and now I'm toooo stuffed! This is a lot of food. I'm going to munch on the rest the rest of the day.


Well at least I know what I'll cook tomorrow evening after I buy the groceries!
