  • I do Weight Watchers, so that is how I stay on track with food.

    As far as working out, my schedule varies, I check my work schedule and fit it in. Some days on lunch, some days after work, I don't bother with before work, because my gym is to busy and given my personal schedule it just does not work.

    However, I've made the workout a priority! Just as I've made tracking my food.


    You just have to work it out for what works for you!
