I am still making a little progress, but I am behind. To lose 10 lbs in 30 days you have to lose a third of a pound each day. So at day six I should be down 2 lbs. I've got to kick this into gear in order to make this goal.

I've made a large dent in my goal for the month. I expect it to be slowing down. Although perhaps my month long August break has allowed for a fast loss. I typically don't lose the the days before, and during, TOM -- yet I have. That has never happened before. Anyway, I'm certainly not complaining.

All right, my bloat weight is subsiding. And I'm feeling like $#@% from eating some fried food, so my week of crazies is over and I'm back on track.
Will probably get my 5# off as planned..... |
First 7 days in and 3ibs gone. But I know at least a pound is from water weight. Last week of August I pretty much butchered my diet by eating a ton of sodium filled foods. But either way I'm happy to see it gone!

So ever since getting into the "healthy" weight range/BMI, my weight loss has slowed to 1 lb a week. It's frustrating and annoying and I may not reach my 10 lb goal by oct 1 but I'm going to keep trying!
