Count me in! I had a very successful August (down 13 lbs and 9 inches)! I would like to lose 10 lbs in Sept., Oct., and Nov., so I can be in the 190's by Thanksgiving. This extra weigh has got to goooooo!

well due to depression and a severe foot/ankle injury, i gained back everything i lost last year :(
so i am soooo in! scale this morning read 249.5 so I am going to start at that! SW: 249.5 CW: 249.5 GW: 239.5 And I REALLY would like to lose at least 30ishlbs to get down to 215-220 by the time I graduate college at the end of the first week of December!! If anyone is really good at losing almost or all 10lb of these monthly threads, please post advice and tips! i'm sure a lot of us chickadees and chickadudes would appreciate it! :) |
