Nsv or I should say mid milestone
So I dug up my paper work from when I joined the gym with all my numbers that the trainer did. So I came home today and did them again, and it made me feel good especially since I don't see the change in the mirror

Total inches 275.75

Total inches- 236.5
So in the past 4 months I've lost 39.25 inches all over, I just wanted share with everyone. I hope my next 4 months working out is as successful.
