I weighed in today! 6 days at the gym and eating right paid off. I went from 229.2 lbs to 223.3 lbs. Almost a 6 lb loss! My plan this week is to add more weights to my routine and eat even better. How about everyone else?
Haven't weighed in on my normal scale... eaten slightly badly, but still keeping active on vacation.... so aiming to maintain! Congrats on the loss! Just don't get discouraged if you dont' lose that much next week, and make sure to keep your hydration up! Well done!
