I had sooo much fun at the dance club! My feet are a bit sore though from the heels, haha.

This is what I wore. Got the dress and belt from DEB, so comfortable! Anyway, I've been busy packing and still more to go before we're done.

Well, I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that I DIDN"T make goal. The good news is I can try again next month.

I was soooooooooooo close. I did it to myself. I had a friend over this weekend and I didn't follow my eating plan. I have shrimp fried rice, mexican food, bacon, candy, a bottle of wine, wine cooler and a daiquiri. I can't blame anyone but myself.

I'm going to try again.

I hope everyone else made goal.

This morning, I was down a couple more pounds, so I actually did make 10 lbs loss in July. Nothing like last minute weight loss! My goal was 5 lbs, so I am very pleased.

Hello All!!! July 31st!! That means it is time to start tallying everything up. After the debacle with my POS scale and finding out that I actually weighed 349 and not 339 I decided to kick it in to over drive...There is no way I am not going to be in the 320's by Aug 1st. So with one day to go there is where I stand:


SW: 349
GW: Somewhere in the 320's

CW: 330.2 lbs!!!!!!

Total weight lost in July: 18.8 lbs!! :dizzy:


I have one day to lose .3 lbs.....COME ON!!!! I NEED THIS!~!~!~!

Well, I didn't make it to 10 :( But I did lose 7.4, and that ain't too shabby. I definitely will see the 160s in August. The weight just isn't coming off as fast anymore, and that's ok really. While I'm not at a "normal" weight yet, I can honestly look in the mirror and not see a fat person anymore, and that is a huge victory for me!

It's okay if you didn't make goal as long as you keep TRYING! Better than giving up altogether because you would eventually get there. At least that's what I tell myself. :)

That is truly awesome! I think I am slowly getting there to that mindset. I hope to see the 160s in August as well!

I am SO sore from painting at the house today. Painting ceilings are a pain in the butt especially if you have to do about 3 coats! Haha. At least I get a break tomorrow since the floors are going to be done. Whew. Excited the boyfriend is coming on Friday to move in.

I aimed for a 5lb loss this month. I knew 10 lbs wasn't going to happen, I started seriously training to run 5k and some circuit workouts, so I knew my muscle soreness was going to be adding on lots of numbers on the scale.

But I'm happy I went down 7lbs. Hopefully I'll see the 150s over the next few weeks.

Congrats to everyone who lost anything this month. Losing at all is an achievement. heck maintaining a weight is actually doing well.

I think I've nailed this maintenance business! I'd be appalled at my lack of progress this month (especially given how successful all the previous months were) but I peed on a stick and got a big fat positive on the 5th, so actively losing is not allowed at the moment. It's due late February or early March, so count me in for the "lose ten pounds in April 2013" challenge!
