I'm very sad that it doesn't seem I will make it this month. I don't understand my body. It's very frustrating to hit a stall/slow down like this.

Stephanie- Don't beat yourself up! You have done great so far! You may not get there this month but you'll be closer and closer then ta-da, you'll be there before you know it! At 175 and 5'6, you must look smoking hot so any more lower is just a bonus. ;) (This is what I tell myself whenever there's a stall or whatever, haha jeez me and my mind games.)
:carrot: 175.3 this am!!! :carrot: I'm very happy because I have not been close to 175 since 2003! Oddly enough, I also feel a bit disappointed on how I got to 175.3 because even though I was within calories/points this week, it was mostly beer/booze and fried food (with a lot of water too, of course), I feel like I shouldn't have been able to lose that much. I really didn't expect to lose at all, just maintain. I'm sure this feeling will pass. Anyway, have a great weekend, all! |

I started doing an arm-toning program so my arms are sore EVERY DAY, I helped cut down a tree and carried logs for three days straight, I helped clean up after a hail storm here at my Dads house.. eating is totally OP, I'm just slow. Sad face, lol. Oh well. I might still make it to my 'would be happy with' goal, which is fine by me. WI this morning was 178.2, so 177 could very well be tomorrow. Cw- ¡174.8! Gw- 169.6 Nearly 5lbs gone! I made my first 5% (from 190) and reached my "would-be-happy-with" weight for the challenge so now anything lower is just a bonus! :carrot: This weekend is gonna be uber-busy, I have only packed two boxes so far but my mom and I do better under pressure anyway. We get the keys to the house on the 31st BUT we won't be moving in until the 4th because we need to have the hardwood floors done due to wear & tear, scratches, and some discolorations. Oh yea, some painting too. Easier to do when there's no stuff to move around or anything, y'know? Very, very excited! PS- Keep going, everyone! You all are doing great even if you are not losing YET! Keep on plan and it will and HAS to come off! |

My "sis" (bro's gf) has convinced me to go out with her and a couple other friends to a... DANCE club! Normally I do not dance and I have never gone to a dance club before so I am a bit anxious but also excited. I will post a picture of what I'm wearing etc when I get a chance. >_< |

My goal was to loose 5 lbs. I have lost 8. I got a new scale in the middle of the month, so my stats don't quite fit with my ticker which I have altered to match the new balance beam scale which weighs me 3 lbs heavier than the old one did. I am so paranoid...like any of you are going to go check up on me. LOL.

I am still at 195 and I have not gained any weight. Which is a surprise because I have not been working out lately, but I have been eating really great. But I'm not complaining either, 243.5 ties me in with the lowest weight I hit last year. I'm only a pound and a quarter off, although if I hit my goal on the first I might count it anyway. ;) I'll see how I can do next month! :carrot: |
