I am firmly in the 230's and that would not mean a lot to many, but for me it is a true measure that this time is for real!!

I have always gotten stuck in the 240's and headed right back up! In my 12 years of marriage, I have NEVER been in the 230's. My husband is very proud! He just said to me, "Wow! I've never known you to do this well."

Off to enjoy my Saturday! If you are feeling frustrated or have had any gains, don't worry, just keep at it! I have not let small losses and gains deter me this time and it is working!!
