I started my new journey to health and weight loss for good on Monday! I signed up for a body transformation/Boot Camp class and I went every day at 6 am! I tracked all of my calories and stayed in ranged every day - between 1390 - 1740 which I track on SparkPeople. I ate based off the Super Foods Rx book. I weighed today and I was down .8 !! I know it hasn't been a week, but I want to have my weigh in days on Friday. I'm so glad I found 3FC, it has kept me motivated all week! Thanks everyone!!
