1200 is wayyy too low for you. You weigh about as much as I do and I've been losing weight at 1500-1800 calories a day (I usually fall below 1700.)
I see that you eat a lot of bread. Change the bread to whole wheat and there's a healthy change right there. Also, switch out the jam to something else every once in a while. For example, for lunch, hard-boil some eggs and make them into an egg sandwich. Or, buy some turkey breast and make a turkey sandwich. Try eating a lot of protein. It keeps you full.
As for exercise, I suggest you start with strength training. If you're like me, I find cardio to be tedious and boring. I don't like walking on a treadmill or elliptical for 60 minutes. I do do cardio, but I enjoy myself more on days when I can use free weights. Invest in some dumbbells and start with squats and simple curls. Do this 3 times a week for 30 minutes and you're off to a good start. If you get into a routine, you'll find that if you miss a day that you'll feel extremely guilty and the exercise will feel better than not doing it at all.
