what i mean is:
stop "trying" - don't "try". DO. if you "try", you are allowing the possibily - nay, the *probability* of failure. its a set up so later on you can say "well, i TRIED".
and quit "hoping" - KNOW. "hoping" is basically saying it's going to happen or it won't and it's really got nothing to do with anything you want.
DO your routine.
KNOW you will get results.
if you are doing your routine and you are not getting results - any results, even if they're not as dramatic as you predicted - then either the routine needs to be tweaked (not unusual) or you haven't had a checkup by the dr and there are details you need to be aware of that are impeding your progress.
DO your routine EVERY DAY. if you slip up, so what - keeping doing it.
"try" and "hope" and you will fail.
DO and KNOW and you will succeed!
