For a long while now my stomach gets extremely MAD at me after I eat many of my meals. When I was eating like crap I figured that was why so I didn't even really worry about it too much. I've been eating pretty darn good over 2 weeks now and it's still happening.
I had my gall bladder out in October 2010, so I kind of figured it was my fat consumption, but exactly how much fat per meal can triggers this? I'm sure it's different from person to person. Or is that even the issue? IDK!
So here is what I've had so far today and have already had a lot of tummy trouble!
7am - 18 ounce cup of coffee with 1/4 cup skim milk, 3 splendas, 1 tbsp lite hershey syrup = 48 calories, 12 carbs, 0 fat, 3 protein
It didn't happen until after I actually ate, otherwise maybe I'd think it was the coffee! But I literally had to run to the bathroom within a few minutes of finishing my meal. I ate the yogurt with the banana and splenda, then ate the sausage, if that makes a difference.
Is it just the amount of fat in the meal? Do I have some sort of food allergy? IBS? I haven't spoken to a dr about it, I kinda figured it was something I could control myself through diet. And in all honest I'm afraid to go to the dr at this point because I have a fear they will see I'm overweight and not believe I'm eating better and just kind of chalk it up to my being overweight and eating bad and therefore not help me. Probably an unfounded fear, but that's how I feel right now.
Any and all ideas are very welcome. I'm willing to try anything, or cut anything out of my diet to see if it will help.
I am just taking a wild guess here, but I would start with the Splenda.
I have severe problems with both aspartame and sucralose (Splenda), with migraines, fatigue, etc. I have completely cut them out of my diet. Can't even chew gum! AH! They did not cause me stomach pains, but I know from all the research I did on them that stomach pains and Splenda have a history.
I had my gallbladder out in 2006 and have never had any pains from it, even though my diet was crud for a lot of that time. Not saying, it's not fat related, as it could be.
But if I were to start somewhere if it were me it would be the artificial sweetener.
Hope that helps and hope you get it sorted out so you can be pain free soon!!
No offense but no one is going to do anything but guess or tell you what happened to them.
You can get a doctors opinion or you can start eliminating foods from your diet ONE at a time. I'd probably start by eliminating the 18oz of coffee and see what happens. Take a caffeine pill instead so you don't get a headache.

I have to agree - I would definitely see a doctor rather than get opinions here for something MEDICAL related as nobody knows but you what is happening for sure. It could be food related, it could be IBS or Ulcerative Colitis or ANY number of things - you wont know until you seek a professional opinion.
I would start w/ your regular doctor - perhaps he can sort it out or send you to a specialist. Good luck.
There are a lot of foods on the list that could be causing the issue.
I would go to the doc if for no other reason than to rule out anything serious.
I had a similar problem about a year ago and had suddenly out of nowhere developed an egg intolerance (which kind of sucks because I am the only one who will eat the easter eggs)
But I had to figure out what it was by myself. Truthfully almost every single item on your list can cause stomach irritation with coffee (it can irritate but not react until food hits it), splenda, milk, and the sausage being common irritants and for me personally greek yogurt and banana (together or separate) makes me queasy.
Considering that i get nauseous after eating everything and anything...I went to dr's and got tests done and am now waiting for a scope...but i learned of a few things through elimination that was making it worse...
Dairy
Wheat
Gluten
Fake Sugars
These 4 culprits seem to make my stomach feel extremely nauseous..So i got off all bread products..subbed my dairy for dairy free cheese and coconut milk and coconut yogurt and eliminated splenda completely and switched over to agave..Since the switch..ive gone from taking 11 medications for my stomach, down to 3...So obviously diet has an effect...I would suggest taking out all caffine too..But JohnP is right..do it by elimination...Take one thing out at a time..see how you feel..try putting it back in...Or..you could start from scratch and start with fruit only for a few days..then add in a veggie or two..and keep adding things in slowly...they say only add in something new every 3rd day..so you make sure you can be aware of the food your eating and weather its causing issues on your stomach.
I will echo the suggestion of checking with your doctor but I will also note both of those meals have dairy. Lactose-intolerance is very common in adults and coming from someone with a severe lactose- and dairy-intolerance. They symptoms of both can hit very soon after eating or even while still eating.
