It helped me eyeball better. 4) Google "3oz or chicken" or whatever it was that I was going to eat so I could compare what the portion size looked like. It's annoying and rough, I know, when you're living with a family that is ARGGHHH about these things. It can be done though, and you don't have to resort to starving yourself. I know how it is and I totally 100% feel your pain :( |
