    I do need some advice. I'm going to a band festival with my school and I know for a fact that we're going to Golden Corral. What should I eat there (aside from salad) that won't make me swell up like a balloon?

  • The website was down so I couldn't check out the menu, but most buffets have tons of veggies and usually a low fat/lean meat dish or two. What makes buffets difficult is the large amount of really unhealthy food that is right within reach. Just go knowing that there will be a lot of temptation and stay strong. We can give you all the advice you can read here about what you should or shouldn't eat and strategies you can use to stick with your diet but it's up to you to implement that advice to get results.
