Hi all,
I need some healthy breakfast ideas, which include NO meat in any form and also NO milk. I am at my wits end here, thinking up wht to hv for my breakfast and at times end up hvng none at all or a slice of bread or a kellog's bar, all of which are insufficient, considering tht i go to the gym after this and workout ofr an hour or so.
so, i need a breakfast tht is not too heavy, easy to do and not very costly but providing enough energy to sustain me till lunch tht is around 1.30 PM. Also, was wondering if i can hv something for my post workout snack. As of now, 2 slice of bread sustain me till lunch time , but then i feel totally drained...


Usually a banana, a handful of berries and then a handful of spinach/kale/any other greens I have. You just add a bit of water and it is delicious!
