I recently started taking Chromium to help balance blood sugar, but it hasn't been long enough to tell if it helps.
Vit. B really helps keep the energy up for me, or to boost my mood when I feel down. Fish oil might help a little with that, too. This thread reminded me that I should probably start taking iron again since I am so constantly anemic regardless of diet. And I suppose that can sap energy. |

1 cal/mag/zinc 2 fish oil Vit D in the winter And the occasional resveratrol (the good stuff in red wine). |
I take vitamins, iron, B12, fiber and fish oil. I'm not sure I've noticed any changes since I started taking everything, but I'm going to assume they do something, maybe just in the long run? :shrug:
