Motivation Please

  • I woke up today and said this is it. I don't want to look like this anymore~
    I know it will take time. I am so ready to drop this weight.
    I never want my picture taken anymore and I hate running into people I have not seen in a while.
    The majority of my fat is on my stomach upper and lower.
    3 big rolls. My back is also starting to develop rolls as well.
    I know I need to exercise but I just hate it.
    I thinking about taking a dance class. I get bored with most exercise programs.
    I danced from 4-16 I remember those days being the happiest of my life.
    I have knowledge of dance, and I am interested in it.
    I checked and the local dance studio has a adult class.
    Going to sign up for that Monday!

  • Some girls I know do Zumba at our local gym. It looks fun, but I cant afford a gym membership right now so Im just sticking to my workout videos. Im sure your local gym has a Zumba class or something similar.
  • While motivation is a good thing, what you really need is to commit.

    Accept, that, you will always have to watch what you eat and work out, add in a now and then splurge.

    It is a lifestyle, not a diet.

    Find a physical activity you enjoy, find a food program you can live with for the rest of your life.

    There is no right or wrong way to be at a healthy weight and fit level, there is only what works for you.
