What's working for me so far.
It took a while to come up with a plan to lose weight without feeling I'm on a diet, but I have found two things that are working out for me.
I wanted to develop a habit that would not just work while losing weight but be a life coarse of eating.
For lunches I eat mixed steamed veggies with a good portion of meat; pork, turkey or chicken. I can eat as much veggies as I want, but no starches.
When I fill hungry or want a snack, I grab a few caramel rice cakes and eat them with a glass of water. It kills my urge to eat and I'm satisfied.
