I am begining my weight loss journey again. I lost 8 lbs 3 months ago and I have kept it off. But I haven't lost anymore. I am ready now and I am excited. I live with my mom and we are bad influences on eachother. I can't expect her to hold me accountable. I want to start reporting on here again what I have eaten each day. I am doing the free Denise Austin video on Hulu again I really enjoy it because it still burns calories without making me feel like a am starving! When I was with my personal trainer, the workouts were so intense that I would be starving the whole rest of the day but the Denise Austin video doesn't make me hungry, I can eat lighter and less calories and still complete the workout. I am going to start it tomorrow. I look forward to chatting with you all every day!
For accountability, I suggest joining a challenge like the 90 day fitness challenge where you have to input what exercise you did each and every day. It makes you not want to be the only person that didn't do something lol!
