There is a daily accountability thread also that might give you some incentive and ideas about staying on top of your calorie limit. It's quite popular and isn't hard to find but if you can't let me know and i will give you the link. Good Luck!

Yep, I found a couple of them.
And I already have kind of an exercise class, kempo. It's once a week though, but I do exercise the rest of the week as well. With those exercise dvds. And soon I'll start going to yoga classes, but it's once a week as well. Anyway, it's better than nothing. (:
But today I'm on track again, and I lost 4 lbs in one week! But I'm sure it's all water weight XD
