Have several hundred calories left but the night is still young...something doesn't feel right out my totals but I put everything down..not particularly hungry but it's probably not smart to not have a decent calorie count as I don't want my body to go into starvation mode..yikes that would be very counter productive..so trying to decide what to eat..

I have to say coming here has helped keep me honest and accountable about my issues with food..the last two days i've done better and staying focused and ignoring cravings has finally paid off. I lost 2lb! yea

It's a great way to hold yourself accountable and will give you more space to go over your personal journey. Started a blog but its kind of difficult to navigate, and it kind of feels lonely..maybe it will grow on me? anyway today is sort of difficult. Hungry today no matter what I eat, but hopefully ate enough to quiet the beast within..It's very early to be having this issue so only time will tell. Hopefully, I will not lose focus and stay within my calorie limit

7 pounds (28 lbs in 4 months) a month is a very doable goal in my opinion as long as you work hard for it. You can do it :D

Did not feel well today so way under my calorie load, but this isn't good, as I'm not small..so tomorrow I have to do better whether I feel like it or not. I need to plan my meals. Tonight I made salmon for lunch and i'll have a mini chef salad..i think that sounds pretty good, maybe add some whole grain toast.

Feeling more like myself today..So the last few days i've been having trouble getting enough calories in because I was sick. Not sure how I can make up for that but I guess you need to make every day a fresh start and so here it goes..
