For the life of me I just cannot get myself back on track! My eating isn't "horrible" (ie no fast food or alcohol) but it isn't great either. I feel like I just. can't. get. back on track. Ugh. Anyone else?
If you have been off plan for a long time, it is def hard been there...how about start with small changes. For example, introduce atleast one healthy meal per day or swap one snack for something healthier. Start drinking alot of water...
