SOLUTIONS: I put on loose, fuzzy socks and a sweater (esp my fleece ones; very warm) to start. Running warm water over my hands helps, as does exercise like someone else mentioned earlier -- yes, vacuuming, sweeping, or other household chores will do the trick too.
