One of my little oddities is that I cannot stack food on top of each other (touching at all is a whole different, and long, story), lol, so that solves one problem with portion control
. My victory is that I loaded up up my plate with salad first, that forced everything else to have to fit around the salad on the plate.
I left feeling full and with a satisfied tummy, and proud that I didn't overload on high calorie foods!!
