Everything 'feels' different (maybe a lil TMI)

  • I love this thread!!

My hips definitely feel firmer, and when I am laying on my back my belly is not as raised as it used to be. I also think my legs (from the knees down, thighs aren't showing much of an improvement yet...) are smaller...I noticed that while shaving them this morning.
  • I have to say I love how strong my legs feel after starting cycling & walking again. It's made a huge difference to how I feel and my legs were one of the first places to lose weight, which made thrilled!

One thing I'm not so fond of is the fact that I seem to get colder, quicker - I was already someone who dislikes the cold, so I'm not happy about that, but I figure I can use it as an excuse to buy more hats/gloves/coats to keep warm!
  • Quote: But the scale IS moving!! You've lost 9 pounds in a little over a month!
I lost 6lbs the first week, nothing for 2 weeks, then another 3 and nothing since. I know the fat is melting and I'm gaining some muscle, I'm trying pretty hard to at least!
  • I haven't lost a ton yet, but I had to get a ring guard because my engagement ring is loose. I also need to get a link removed from my watch band because it's loose enough to spin around my wrist when I wear it now.
