Default Grrrrr! Stupid scale!

I just want to say I hate my scale. I have stuck to my eating plan (Im on Prism) and that part isnt hard. I dont feel like I want to cheat or eat unhealthy foods. But I need a little jump start or something to make the scale move a little quicker. I have problems with my left leg, so I work out
but it cannot be hard core. Any suggestions to boost a lagging scale?

Default I hear you....!

I am new to this site so I hope you get lots of constructive feedback that I can share in.

I have been struggling with this for awhile. Get to a certain point and I KNOW I am doing everything I am supposed to do. I have stopped weighing myself daily and have gone to once per month. That way, I hope to reduce the daily furstration/dissappointment.

Keep at it....

I'm not sure how to boost the lagging scale but I do know that weight loss takes some time to kick in. How long have you been on plan? It can take several weeks for all the eating right to kick in and for you to start seeing the outcome on the scale.

I know for me personally that my scale does not budge for almost 3 weeks at a time and then all of a sudden the scale drops almost 5lbs in a week for me. This happens to me most months and I know that those 3 weeks that the scale doesn't move I get so frustrated! You just gotta take it one day at a time, it will go down at some point

Water Aerobics is great for problems such as this. It takes the stress off of the area and the resistance of the water can make it pretty intense. I'd also suggest trying a calorie pyramid for a couple weeks a see if that can give you a boost. At the beginning of the week start at higher calories with carbs, proteins, veggies, fats, etc. As you get to the middle of the week lessen your calorie intake and mainly eat veggies and protein. Then near the end of the week start moving back up to restart the next week. The sudden changes can confuse your metabolism and it might do the trick. Hope I helped.
