As I was taking care of my garden today it dawned on me that pounds of weight are like weeds in a garden. If you neglect your garden you get weeds. If you neglect your body you gain weight.
It's time to "Round Up" and get rid of both.
I was gonna say.. tPounds are like weeds because they just keep poppin up EVERY WHERE! haha But I love it. Nice out look. The more time I spend on my garden the more time I need to spend with my body too! good job!
