Technical Question - how do you include the "tickers" with your postings?
Hi there! I noticed most members have the "tickers" with their posts that have a sliding scale showing where they started, an image marking the current weight, and then the goal weight to the right. I love the visible tracking and accountability and wanted to see how to do that...

you have to be a member for 20 days and have at least 20 posts during that time. Then in your User CP, you'll get a link that says "Edit Signature" and you can add a ticker in there.
I actually liked waiting because by the time I earned my ticker, I had a nice big loss to show!
