Hello Ladies!
Every month it’s the same story for me. I am exercising 6 days a week for a couple weeks and then comes that dreaded PMS. I start to crave those tasty foods, my appetite increases to the point that I could potentially be a bottomless pit, and the worst part I feel exhausted!
I tend to work out after I get off work for the day, usually around 6-7pm, usually at this time I am still feeling wide awake and energized but around my TOM all I want to do is come home and sit on my ***. On top of it, when I get on the scale in the morning (I weigh everyday simply because it keeps me motivated) and it shows a 2-3lb gain I feel like it’s all for nothing. Even though I know in my mind its completely normal to bloat and retain water around the TOM.
So I was wondering how you ladies keep yourself going?




You may need to have a comprehensive blood analysis to check that all is fine and you're not deficient in anything. Just a thought.
